2023年11月28至30日，第二屆中電聯(lián)垃圾發(fā)電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)成立大會(huì)暨2023年度工作會(huì)議和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)審查會(huì)，在北京成功舉辦，江蘇華星東方榮獲“垃圾發(fā)電領(lǐng)域標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作行業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)獎(jiǎng)”。中電聯(lián)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化管理中心副主任汪毅、發(fā)電處處長(zhǎng)汪萍到會(huì)指導(dǎo)。第二屆標(biāo)委會(huì)成員共35人，中國(guó)電力發(fā)展促進(jìn)會(huì)可再生能源發(fā)電分會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)劉映華榮任主任委員，中國(guó)電力發(fā)展促進(jìn)會(huì)可再生能源發(fā)電分會(huì)副秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)劉哲擔(dān)任秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)。
From November 28 to 30, 2023, the second founding meeting of the China Electricity Council's Waste-to-Energy Standardization Technical Committee and the 2023 Annual Work Conference and Standards Review Meeting were successfully held in Beijing. Jiangsu Huaxing Oriental won the "Industry Contribution Award for Standardization Work in the Field of Waste-to-Energy". Wang Yi, deputy director of the Standardization Management Center of China Electricity Council, and Wang Ping, director of the Power Generation Department, attended the meeting to provide guidance. The second session of the Standardization Committee has a total of 35 members. Liu Yinghuarong, vice president of the Renewable Energy Power Generation Branch of the China Electric Power Development Association, serves as the chairman, and Liu Zhe, deputy secretary-general of the Renewable Energy Power Generation Branch of the China Electric Power Development Association, serves as the secretary-general.

會(huì)議中，汪毅主任對(duì)第一屆標(biāo)委會(huì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作給予了充分肯定，并對(duì)第二屆標(biāo)委會(huì)工作提出了更高期望和要求。汪萍處長(zhǎng)宣讀了標(biāo)委會(huì)換 屆批復(fù)文件并向全體委員頒發(fā)委員證書(shū)。秘書(shū)長(zhǎng)劉哲對(duì)第一屆標(biāo)委會(huì)工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié)與匯報(bào)，并提出了第二屆標(biāo)委會(huì)工作計(jì)劃。會(huì)上討論通過(guò)了2023年垃圾發(fā)電標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系。
During the meeting, Director Wang Yi fully affirmed the standardization work of the first Standardization Committee and put forward higher expectations and requirements for the work of the second Standardization Committee. Director Wang Ping read out the approval document for the reelection of the Standardization Committee and issued membership certificates to all members. Secretary-General Liu Zhe summarized and reported on the work of the first Standardization Committee and proposed the work plan of the second Standardization Committee. The 2023 waste-to-energy standard system was discussed and approved at the meeting.

At the meeting, the first committee members and units that have made outstanding contributions to the standardization work in the field of waste-to-energy generation were commended, including Jiangsu Huaxing East Electric Power Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., China Electric Power Development Association Renewable Energy Power Generation Branch, Everbright Environmental Protection (China) Co., Ltd., China Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., Beijing New Energy and Renewable Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. and other 15 units won the "Industry Contribution Award", and 15 comrades won the title of "Advanced Individual". Chairman Liu Yinghua read out the commendation documents and issued honorary certificates to award-winning units and individuals.
會(huì)議審查了《垃圾發(fā)電廠鈉堿濕法煙氣脫酸系統(tǒng)技術(shù)規(guī)程》（由華星東方參與送審提報(bào)）、《垃圾發(fā)電廠技術(shù)監(jiān)督導(dǎo)則》、《垃圾發(fā)電廠滲濾液處理系統(tǒng)維護(hù)與檢修技術(shù)規(guī)范》等5項(xiàng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)報(bào)審稿。
The meeting reviewed the "Technical Regulations for the Sodium-Alkali Wet Flue Gas Deacidification System of Waste-to-Energy Power Plants" (submitted for review and submission by Huaxing East Co.), "Guidelines for Technical Supervision of Waste-to-Energy Power Plants", and "Maintenance and Overhaul of Leachate Treatment Systems of Waste-to-Energy Power Plants" 5 standards including "Technical Specifications" were submitted for review.

全體參會(huì)委員對(duì)標(biāo)委會(huì)2024年工作進(jìn)行了熱烈討論。標(biāo)委會(huì)聯(lián)合中國(guó)電子勞動(dòng)學(xué)會(huì)雙碳和能源創(chuàng)新工作委員會(huì)組織召開(kāi)了“雙碳戰(zhàn)略下新能源企業(yè)的使命和機(jī)遇”研討會(huì)，就當(dāng)前行業(yè)關(guān)注的雙碳政策、節(jié)能降碳、綠電綠證交易、新型電力系統(tǒng)發(fā)展等熱點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入學(xué)習(xí)與探討。
All participating members had a heated discussion on the work of the Standardization Committee in 2024. The Standardization Committee and the Dual Carbon and Energy Innovation Working Committee of the China Electronics Labor Society, organized a seminar on; "The Mission and Opportunities of New Energy Enterprises under the Dual Carbon Strategy" for discussing the current industry concerns about dual carbon policies, energy conservation and carbon reduction, green & clean electricity. Conduct in-depth study and discussion of hot and difficult issues such as securities trading and the development of new power systems.
